We use Fire Cupping - Which uses glass cups and a bit of fire briefly placed inside the cup before placing the cup on the body... the fire burns off the oxygen inside the cup creating the suction. The Cups are not hot, Cupping may feel strange, but it does not hurt. tho you will have hickey like brusies that look like you have been attacked by an octopus.
