TIP IT FORWARD - MASSAGE FUND
Since 2019 when I opened, I have offered a sliding scale fee program in an attempt to make Massage, as a part of healthcare, accessible.
I have personally donated approximately $4,200 Annually in Free or discounted services. Which amounts to about 3.5 hours a month. It's not much... I would really like to be able to help more, but being a single mom, I still have to pay my bills.
I have never cared much for tips... You don't tip your doctor or chiropractor, I am healthcare, you don't need to tip me. sometimes the pressure to give tips can make massage feel inaccessible to those who can barely afford the regular rates. TIPPING IS STILL VERY OPTIONAL...
But, in an effort to help cover the costs of Massage for those who really need, but can't afford, I have started this "Tipping it Forward" fund.
And have dedicated 100% of TIPS given at checkout, or Placed in The Box in our clinic to be used towards this fund.
